Websites, Android and iOS apps, and custom business systems
Web & Mobile App Development
Soluease is a software house in Batam, Indonesia. We design and build web platforms, Android and iOS apps, and custom business systems, from the first version to launch and the updates that follow. One team handles design, development and release, so you talk directly to the people building your product.
What we build
Web and cloud platforms
Company websites, SaaS products, customer portals, dashboards and APIs, on cloud infrastructure that grows with your traffic. This website is an example: a React app on Cloudflare Pages with a Supabase database and its own content admin, built and run by our team.
Mobile apps
Apps for Android and iOS, including cross-platform builds with React Native when one codebase makes sense. We also take care of the release: store listings, privacy policies, Google Play's data safety form and app review.
Custom business systems
CRM, ERP and internal tools that fit the way your team actually works, instead of bending your process around off-the-shelf software.
AI features
Assistants, reply suggestions, recommendations and automation built on modern AI models. Our own apps use OpenAI's API (ChatReply) and Google's Gemini (Mindful Bell).
Recent work
- Eventeevo: an event management app for iOS and Android with event discovery, ticketing, real-time notifications and analytics for organisers. Built over six months with React Native, Firebase, Node.js, MongoDB and the Stripe API.
- ChatReply: a desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux that drafts replies to incoming messages with AI, with tone settings, templates and multi-language support. Built with Electron, TypeScript, Python and SQLite.
- AuraFast: an intermittent fasting tracker for Android that works fully offline, with a real-time fasting timer, fasting stage insights, and history and weight logs.
- Mindful Bell: a local-first meditation timer for Android whose interval bells keep ringing with the screen off or Do Not Disturb on, with an AI mindfulness assistant powered by Gemini.
How a project runs
- Tell us what you need. What you want to build, who it is for and when you need it. We reply within one business day.
- Scope and estimate. We turn your goals into a feature list, milestones and a quote, and point out what can wait for a later version.
- Build in milestones. You see working software at regular demos, not just status reports, so you always know where things stand.
- Launch. Hosting, app store listings, analytics and privacy policies are part of the job, not extras you discover at the end.
- Support and improve. Bug fixes, updates for new Android and iOS versions, and new features as your users ask for them.
Why work with a team in Batam
- Close to Singapore. Batam is a short ferry ride from Singapore and one hour behind it, so meeting in person and overlapping working hours are easy.
- Apps and games under one roof. We also design and publish our own games, so we bring game-design thinking to business software: clear goals, instant feedback and as little friction as possible.
- We ship our own products. Running our own apps on Google Play keeps us current with store policies, analytics and monetisation, and that experience goes into client work.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build an app?
It depends on the scope. As a reference, Eventeevo, a full event platform for iOS and Android, took six months. After a first conversation we give you a timeline broken into milestones.
Do you build for both Android and iOS?
Yes. We build for both, often from one cross-platform codebase with React Native, and publish to Google Play and the App Store.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted on its scope, so the fastest way to a number is to tell us what you have in mind. We will also suggest what to leave out of a first version to keep the cost down.
Do you work with clients outside Batam?
Yes. We work with clients across Indonesia and beyond, remotely or in person.
